The chances are that you will not need a replacement filter for a long time since Eureka vacuums’ filters are known for their durability in the firstplace. But it is always good to have a backup on hand just in case.

In addition to that, Eureka recommends that you change your filter every 6 months for optimal performance. You may not notice a difference in performance when using a vacuum, but vacuuming involves invisible particles in the air. Impaired performace could mean that extra dust floats around in your home without you realizing it, covertly having some limited but negative effects on your health.
